Join us at the Philadelphia Pride  Festival 2025 as a vendor! This is your opportunity to showcase your business, nonprofit, or organization at one of the largest LGBTQ+ celebrations in the region.

• Fill out the application form to request a vendor space.
• This is a request only—selection is not guaranteed.
• If approved, you’ll receive a link to finalize your reservation and purchase add-ons.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to LGBTQ+ owned, BIPOC owned, and women-owned businesses.

Want prime visibility? Apply to be a Featured Vendor inside the 21+ Garden entrances, where every guest will pass by your booth!

• No charge to apply, but a $100 fee applies if selected.
• Submit a 1-minute video explaining why you should be featured on the application.

Nonprofits:

• Small (Budget <$100K): $200
• Medium ($100K - $250K): $350
• Large ($250K - $750K): $550
• Major ($750K+): $650

Businesses:

• Small (Revenue <$100K): $250
• Medium ($100K - $250K): $450
• Large ($250K - $750K): $650
• Major ($750K+): $750
