Philly Pride 365 is powered by the passion and dedication of our community, and there are so many ways to be part of the celebration!
We produce inclusive, dynamic events like Philly Pride Weekend and OURfest: National Coming Out Parade & Festival, ensuring that Pride isn’t just one day—it’s every day.
Through activism, visibility, and community engagement, we create safe, affirming spaces for all to celebrate, connect, and thrive.

Meet the DIRECTORS

Chief Executive Officer
TYRELL BROWN
Tyrell Brown is a Philadelphia-based cultural strategist, community builder, and civic leader serving as Founder and CEO of Philly Pride 365, a year-round initiative advancing LGBTQIA+ visibility, equity, and economic empowerment across the region. Under his leadership, Philly Pride 365 has reimagined Pride as civic infrastructure—producing large-scale public events such as OURfest: National Coming Out Day Festival, developing the citywide L.U.V. (Lift • Unite • Vibrate Higher) public art initiative, and convening cross-sector partners in dialogue around culture, policy, and belonging. His work intentionally bridges grassroots organizing, government collaboration, and corporate partnership to create sustainable, community-centered impact.
A prolific writer, speaker, and systems thinker, Tyrell’s leadership is rooted in reciprocity, strategic growth, and long-term vision—particularly as Philadelphia approaches its 250th anniversary in 2026. He has helped build coalitions across advocacy organizations, small businesses, nightlife stakeholders, and national Pride networks, positioning Philadelphia as both a historic birthplace of democracy and a living laboratory for inclusive civic celebration. Through bold storytelling and disciplined execution, Tyrell continues to shape Pride not simply as an event, but as an evolving movement grounded in love, visibility, and shared power.
