Tyrell Brown is a Philadelphia-based cultural strategist, community builder, and civic leader serving as Founder and CEO of Philly Pride 365, a year-round initiative advancing LGBTQIA+ visibility, equity, and economic empowerment across the region. Under his leadership, Philly Pride 365 has reimagined Pride as civic infrastructure—producing large-scale public events such as OURfest: National Coming Out Day Festival, developing the citywide L.U.V. (Lift • Unite • Vibrate Higher) public art initiative, and convening cross-sector partners in dialogue around culture, policy, and belonging. His work intentionally bridges grassroots organizing, government collaboration, and corporate partnership to create sustainable, community-centered impact.

A prolific writer, speaker, and systems thinker, Tyrell’s leadership is rooted in reciprocity, strategic growth, and long-term vision—particularly as Philadelphia approaches its 250th anniversary in 2026.
